We had a keen time during our stay, my daughter loved the waterpark. We had some issues in our bathroom, we had bugs on the outside of the low-cal on the ceiling in the shower. I went to the desk a few times to get information technology resolved and they never came to accept care of information technology. I brought information technology up when I checked out.

My family had a great time! The rooms were make clean and the staff was very friendly. All we had to do was text the front desk for any extra housekeeping items. Bully nutrient at the breakfast buffet and the water park was clean, fun and had plenty of life guards on duty . We volition definitely be coming dorsum again!

James at check in was a big help! Rooms not existent clean, bed very uncomfortable, Rooms had no microwave or Coffee maker. Hot tub had a sign that said no children under half-dozen. Nosotros had kids in diapers and parents brought in babies. Staff did not enforce the policy.

I liked the equus caballus ride, what i didn't like was the cost for the hotel cafe. Information technology was horrible!!

Our room was clean and comfy. The water park was nifty, though a fleck crowded mid afternoon. Dinner at the eatery was very expert-skip the overpriced, common cold buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This property is beautiful and clean! We stayed in a Mountain View loft room. The kids and adults loved information technology! The water park was spotless and so very fun! The arcade was a good size with plenty of games to interest all ages. The food options were dandy. The staff was very friendly and polite. The hallways tin be a flake noisy at times but that's expected with a family unit friendly place. We will definitely be back!!!

Best for families with kids, otherwise there was no indicate to staying hither. The hotel is outdated and a fleck rundown. Would be okay for less money per night merely for over $300 per nighttime it was not worth the cost at all. Breakfast was an additional $25 per person and to employ the hot tub you had to pay for water park entry. Overall the staff were very nice and breakfast food was decent and convenient. Only wouldnt stay hither again for the toll.

From great to not so swell

I had been at that place a few years agone and had an amazing experience. This time not and then much. At that place was no activities set for children. I restaurant closed. Went to have dinner and ordered a dish that said coconut sauce merely in that location was just a bunch of curry. The lady said they must take changed the recipe since others had complained also. Got my new food after everyone else was done and kids already went to the room. The kids got paper to depict on and the crayons was all broken and well used.(Everyone else loved there food) . The ppl above the states was doing karaoke and bounching all night. The front desk-bound went up there to ask them to take it down a few notches they did but syarted up ar 1 am once again! Thank goodness for the Waterpark we did take fun there.

Nifty for quick family get away

Ruby-red jacket is a peachy place to bring kids. Waterpark is awesome, modest arcade. In house dining was ok, expensive for quality and portions.

The staff at the hotel have kept the facility COVID compliant improve than I take seen at almost whatsoever hotel in the past two years. They were also extremely friendly and fantastic with interactions with our children. There is a water park at this hotel so the master clientele are families. Saying this, I was diddled away at how well suited the associates are for this property.

Staff was friendly and circumspect the h2o park ever a hit with the grandsons. Decorated for Christmas and activities for the vacation season was enjoyable. The Sun breakfast buffet was disappointing.

Don't give them your money

This place was junk. Do not waste your fourth dimension and coin by staying here. You tin can hear everything through the walls and from the floor above and when I asked if they could kindly tell the people to a higher place usa to quiet downwardly because nosotros were trying to slumber we were told they tin can't enforce serenity hours or tell people to be quiet, so nosotros had ii atrocious nights slumber because of this.

Fun family place!

Dandy stay very serenity during this fourth dimension after season. Enjoy the park being quiet with the family! Very clean resort, well organize and very friendly staff. The child's actually enjoyed the stay, very tired at the stop of the mean solar day! Lots of options of activities to exercise on site.

The Red Jacket is very make clean and safe. It is on the main street through town, only set dorsum off the road. It has been updated and refurbished. Our room was very clean (with the exception of a few spots on the carpeting) and comfortable. No coffee maker in the room, which was kind of abrasive, but otherwise it was very comfortable. It is not cheap to stay here and Kahuna Lagoon costs an extra $38 per person.There is a free outdoor pool to employ in the summer. There is besides a $25 hotel fee. Overall a nice stay-make clean room, well kept grounds and close to attractions and shopping.

Water park and neighboring pool were fantastic. We dragged my nine yr erstwhile son up the Maine coast doing outdoor things that kids might find boring. Like looking at lighthouses. This was en route for the render trip and made for an first-class day focused just on him. He's already asked to come dorsum adjacent summertime. Room was clean and comfortable. I know information technology seems like a airheaded detail, but nice firm pillows! I hate puffy hotel 'nothing' pillows that y'all sink correct through. Ate dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurants which was pretty proficient food, non great - only yous can't beat the convenience. Great identify if you have kids!

Very friendly staff. Dave the dj and Courtney by the puddle with karaoke were so kind to my one thousand daughter. We ate every nighttime at a high top next to the bar and Stacy was also and so kind to us and my granddaughter. Can't wait to go back adjacent year!!

Information technology is a good facility. I take lived in the Red Jacket in Cape Cod and they are very upscale. This one in Northward Conway is adept and not first-class.

Pricey for the accommodations simply kids had fun

The hotel could use some updating and the h2o park was smaller than predictable. The kids had fun which is the virtually important part. That being said, it was definitely frustrating to pay the additional fee to use the water park when information technology is express to hotel guests and y'all are already paying more than what you are getting for the room. If the room price was more than in line with the accommodations I would accept felt the actress expense was more justified. The loft style room is definitely not platonic with small children. The railing for the loft doesn't get to the ceiling and the beds are up against the railing. I wouldn't let the kids upwards there for fearfulness they would climb over and autumn. The hotel was clean enough, but could be improved.

Our room was muddy to get-go off, there was what looked like pizza sauce all over the heater and the controls, the beds were uncomfortable and noisy and because of that we couldn't sleep, no coffee makers in the room or anywhere onsite early in the morning to get some, in addition to expensive room charges the h2o park was an additional $75 at the desk simply online it was $60, no microwave either to reheat meals. Very disappointed overall.

Hidden fees

Hotel advertised and told me in a phone telephone call that water park was included Sunday thru Thursday. When I arrived they would not award that. Betwixt h2o park and resort fees we spent an actress $250.00. In addition to very high priced rooms.
